it was sudden and powerful

lasting only seconds

its’ shadow would stretch for decades

        In the rubble of that moment

        We try and figure the best way to deal with it

        re-hashing, over and over again

Eventually, we create something

more tramatic and lasting

than the event itself

    yea, such as is life, right? trauma and horror… it makes us all.
    except for the fortunate few who have long lasting loving lives. may they continue to be blessed. as well as we.
